Tommy Khajiit expanding the MYO painting kit
Step 0: Make your painting
Make a new painting like the other ones and save it as Painting10.bmp in the \Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Morrowind\Data Files\Textures\Myo folder. Making paintings is beyond the scope of this howto ;)
Step 1: Get NifTexture
This excellent tool made by David Humphrey allows you to easily change textures names used by meshes. Get it at TheLys
Step 2: Create a new mesh
Your new painting Painting10.bmp requires a new mesh. We will use an existing mesh, alter it, and save it as a the new mesh. Start NifTexture, navigate to your \Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Morrowind\Data Files\Meshes\Myo folder and open painting9.nif:

Highlight the texturename of the painting.
In the filename box, alter the name of the texture from Textures\Myo\painting9.bmp to Textures\Myo\painting10.bmp

Save the file as painting10.nif.

Step 3: Using the new mesh in your plugin
Start TESCS, open MYOPainting.esp, set it as active plugin, press OK.

Wait until the plugin is loaded.
Click on tab Misc Item. The MYOPaintings are located at the bottom of the list. Double-click MYOPainting9

Change ID to MYOPainting10, the Name to Painting 10 (or whatever you prefer ;)). Click the Add Art File button, the one that reads MYO\painting9.nif. The Select Netimmerse Model window opens. Navigate to the MYO folder and select painting10.nif.

Finally press Save. Close TESCS, reply Yes when asked to save your plugin.
Done!
